MoneyFactory is a private, internal tool operated by our organization for its own staff. By accessing it you agree to these terms. It is not a public service and is not licensed for use by anyone outside our organization.

Permitted use

The tool is provided to authorized staff to manage our sales pipeline and to publish marketing content to social accounts we own and control. You agree to use it only for these legitimate business purposes and in compliance with the terms of every connected platform, including Meta and TikTok.

Connected accounts

You may only connect social accounts that your organization owns or is authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content published through the tool and for ensuring it complies with each platform's community guidelines and advertising policies, and with applicable law.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you publish. MoneyFactory claims no rights over it and acts only as the mechanism that transmits it, at your request, to the platform you chose.

Availability and warranty

The tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and platform APIs may change or restrict access at any time outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, including any action a connected platform takes against an account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
