Privacy Policy

MoneyFactory is a private, internal sales-and-marketing tool used by our own team to manage our businesses' sales pipeline and to publish our own marketing content to social accounts we own. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public. This policy explains what data the tool handles and how.
Who this applies to
Access is limited to authorized staff of our organization. We do not create accounts for, or collect data from, members of the public.
Social platform connections
When an administrator connects one of our own social accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, TikTok account, or YouTube channel), MoneyFactory receives and stores an access token for that account. We use it only to:
- read the account's own public profile (name, username, follower count) to confirm the connection;
- publish content that our team creates, to that same account, at our team's request.
We never post without an administrator's action, we do not read other users' private data, and we do not access any account we do not own.
Messaging (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp)
When we connect one of our own business accounts for messaging, MoneyFactory receives the messages that people send to us on that account (for example, a customer asking about a product on Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp). We use these messages only to:
- display the conversation to our authorized staff in a shared inbox;
- reply to the customer's inquiry, with a draft prepared by our staff or, where enabled, an automated assistant that our staff supervise and can override at any time;
- keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up on the sale.
We receive this data through Meta's official webhooks and reply through Meta's official messaging APIs. We do not use message content to build advertising profiles, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties. A person can ask us to delete their conversation at any time using the contact address below, and message data received for a connection is deleted when that connection is removed.
How tokens are stored
Access tokens are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser. They are used solely to call the respective platform's official API on behalf of the connected account.
TikTok data
For TikTok specifically, our use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. We request only the user.info.basic and video-upload scopes, and we use them exclusively to identify the connected account and to upload videos our team prepares. We do not sell TikTok data or share it with third parties.
YouTube data
MoneyFactory uses YouTube API Services to upload videos our team prepares to YouTube channels we own. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and our use of information received from YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We request only the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes, and we use them exclusively to identify the connected channel (its name) and to upload videos our team prepares to that same channel. We do not read viewer data, we do not sell YouTube data, and we do not share it with third parties. You can revoke MoneyFactory's access at any time from your Google account security settings; the stored token is also deleted when an administrator disconnects the channel in the tool.
Data we do not collect
MoneyFactory does not collect biometric data, precise location, health data, or data about children. It does not build advertising profiles or track individuals across services.
Retention and deletion
A connection's stored token is deleted immediately when an administrator disconnects that account in the tool. To request deletion of any data associated with a connection, contact us at the address below.
